Simon is an innovative teacher of Vinyasa Flow 

Thai Massage. Drawing inspiration from many yogic styles

+ master teachers, he has developed a truly unique +

energetic practice.  He has taught workshops nationwide,

assisted extensively with Shiva Rea, + has been featured in

New York Times + Yoga Journal.  Nomadic by nature, he travels

the world to celebrate the pulse of the global yoga community.

He is a true gem, a yogi who "defies gravity" + is one of my first

Using dynamic music and creative sequencing, Sarah will

guide you in riding the wave of fluid power that resides

within us.  A teaching assistant to world-renowned

instructor, Shiva Rea, Sarah will offer components of Prana 

Vinyasa Flow yoga appropriate for all levels in an empowering

+ energetic atmosphere.

Sarah fuses her uniquely creative and dynamic classes with

the inherent rhythm found within us and encourages her

students to not only find, but dance along their edge; the

balance between effort and ease.
